Bible Projects

Providing Bibles to the millions of literate people who have never heard of Jesus is a formidable task. However, if each one of us do our part, large or small, the world will have a chance to read it.There are 6 million telephone subscribers in India, voter registration lists and door-to-door delivery with partner churches. None of this is possible without your help and support.

Our Current Bible Projects

New Delhi-India Today subscriber list of 1.2 million, which includes some of the most influential men and women in India. In the past two years, 800,000 Bibles have been sent. There are still 400,000 subscribers yet to receive a copy of the New Testament in English. Donate

Orissa-Bibles For The World recently sent 10,000 Bibles and 200,000 copies of the Gospel of John in the Oriya language to the persecuted Christians in Orissa. Our goal is to send another 200,000 New Testaments, 50,000 Bibles and 500,000 Gospels. Donate

Punjab-Chandigarh- National missionaries, walking door to door, have distributed 500,000 copies of the Gospel of John in the Hindi Language in Chandigarh. Our desire is to print and send 200,000 New Testaments and 500,000 more Gospels to this area. Donate

Uttar Pradesh- This is the “Hindi heartland of India.” Bibles For The World’s method of mailing the Bible allows these people to read the Bible in the privacy of their own homes. Our goal is to mail 500,000 New Testaments and 1,000,000 Gospels in Hindi. Donate

Assam-Located south of the eastern Himalayans, Assam is a state in the Northeast part of India. Assam also shares international borders with Bhutan and Bangladesh. Our desire is to print and mail 300,000 New Testaments in Assamese. Donate

Nepal- A Himalayan country between Tibet and India, has nearly 30 million people. Officially known as the Federal Democratic Republic of Nepal, Nepal is the World’s youngest republic. 60% percent speak Nepali. Our goal is to print and send 500,000 Gospels and 300,000 New Testaments in Napali. Donate
